We, Milena and Diego, are for more than 15 years at home in the field of performing arts and body based research. After exploring the scene in many different ways, we strive to move beyond that specific context by sharing the benefits of our practices within a broader frame. Our wish is to bring a unique and transformative approach to wellness at the workplace through our diverse somatic practices. We specialize in helping people to reconnect with their bodies, harmonize mind and body, reduce stress, and enjoy moving in new and fun ways. Offering sessions in Qigong, Yoga, Tai Chi, breathwork, meditation and dance, we create a rich environment where employees can unwind, rejuvenate, and discover a new level of well-being. Our expert guidance and custom made offers ensures that everyone, regardless of experience, feels comfortable and engaged. Imagine a workplace where stress melts away, productivity soars, and everyone leaves feeling refreshed and inspired. Our programs are designed to foster a positive, healthy, and vibrant company culture.

She is particularly passionate about working with amateurs, especially children and teenagers. Milena has performed for renowned choreographers like Anna Källblad (Tanz im August) and Nora Tormann (Tatwerk, Acud), and has showcased her own work at various festivals and theaters, including eigenArten Festival in Hamburg, PAF Berlin, Acker Stadt Palast Berlin, and the theater of Tomé in Chile. Milena has an unceasing fascination with the human body and the possibility of bringing forth well-being and healing through movement and touch. Since almost two years she is a student of Ilan Lev Method – a body work method that invites joyful movement into the system. A celebration of life, that is finding its ways into the body work routines that Milena have been developing for years.
