2.- Qigong

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle physical movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as “qi” (or “chi”). Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, Qigong aims to improve health, enhance spiritual development, and increase overall well-being. The practice involves slow, deliberate movements and postures, often coordinated with breath control and focused intention, to promote relaxation, reduce stress and stiffness, and enhance physical and mental harmony. Qigong is praised for its potential benefits in managing chronic conditions, improving flexibility and strength, and fostering a deep sense of inner peace. The practice is also said to enhance spiritual well-being by fostering a deeper connection to one’s internal state and the environment. It embodies the Taoist philosophy of harmony and balance, emphasizing smooth, flowing movements that echo natural motions and the fundamental Taoist idea of following the way of nature.

3. – Fluid body

This method organically developed throughout the years that Milena has been working as a contemporary dancer. It draws from a big pool of tools, such as release technique, pilates, various forms of dance improvisation and hands on body work, among many.

Fluid body is a mix between a juicy work-out, breath work and an encouragement to liberate the body in a dance that is inspired by the senses and thus connects to a world of pleasure and aliveness, beyond categories of right and wrong.

Her rich knowledge in different body work techniques allow Milena to respond to individual needs of her customers, always with the goal to bring flow to blockages of body and mind and enhance creativity and resilience.

Milena additionally offers individual hands on and massage sessions, that allow her customers a moment of letting go and being held, to come back grounded and energized.

4.- Tai Chi (Hunyuan Taiji)

Tai Chi, also known as Taijiquan, is a traditional Chinese martial art characterized by slow, flowing movements that integrate physical exercise, meditation, and breath control. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, particularly the principles of Yin and Yang, Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility, and internal energy (qi) cultivation. Practitioners perform a series of postures or forms in a continuous, circular motion, often described as moving meditation. This practice not only enhances physical strength and coordination but also reduces stress, improves mental clarity, and fosters overall well-being. Tai Chi is widely recognized for its health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, better posture, and increased relaxation

Diego starts by understanding each person’s needs and how they live their daily life. Based on this, he creates customized Taiji and Qigong routines that fit perfectly with each individual’s schedule and lifestyle. But Diego does more than just teach the movements; he also helps people figure out how to make time and find space for their practice every day. This approach helps make the practice a regular part of their life, bringing out its full benefits for health and well-being. Diego’s method ensures that Tai Chi isn’t just an activity but becomes a vital and enjoyable part of their daily routine.

During the Tai Chi classes we will practice partner work, also called Tuishou, often referred to as “push hands”. It is a partner training routine that emphasizes sensitivity, balance, and the redirection of force. Philosophically, Tuishou can be seen as a metaphor for life’s interactions and conflicts. It teaches the value of adaptability, the power of softness, and the importance of maintaining one’s center amidst external pressures. Engaging in Tuishou is not just about physical skill but also about cultivating a mindset that embraces change, flow, and harmony. In the realm of contemporary dance and performance, Tuishou offers a fascinating exploration of the body’s interaction with external forces and the continuous negotiation between yielding and asserting, which can deeply inform artistic practice and the embodiment of philosophical concepts.

5.- Massages: we offer massages that are great to release blockages and leave you feel energized and joyful. During the massage the person is fully dressed. It can be full body massage, or focusing on the neck.
