1.- One to one Coaching (also online): one-to-one body coaching sessions for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, regulate emotions, and cultivate a daily practice. Together we will design a tailor-made routine that supports your specific needs, combining movement, breathing, and awareness exercises that you can integrate into your everyday life. These sessions are an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and to discover tools that bring balance, clarity, and vitality. 2.- Three months individual mentoring. Embodied Clarity: Energy, Emotion & Daily Practice (also online)

This program is a package of 12 online one-to-one sessions (2 hours each) designed for people who want to reconnect deeply with their bodies and develop the ability to regulate both energy levels and emotional states. Across our work together, we combine somatic training rooted in Taiji and Qigong with reflective coaching. The physical practice cultivates grounding, circulation, and internal balance. At the same time, we explore your daily habits, rhythms, and lifestyle patterns to understand how they influence your vitality and emotional landscape. This mentorship is not only about learning movements. It is about reorganizing your relationship to time, stress, attention, and self-care. Together we will design a realistic and sustainable daily routine that supports clarity, stability, and long-term transformation. My background in philosophy and art informs the process: we approach the body not merely as a mechanical system, but as a living field where thought, emotion, and creativity intersect. This allows our sessions to integrate precision with reflection, structure with depth. The goal is simple yet profound: to help you build an embodied practice you can carry into everyday life — one that supports resilience, presence, and coherence.

4.- Soft Power trainings for teams

Tai Chi, also known as Taijiquan, is a traditional Chinese martial art characterized by slow, flowing movements that integrate physical exercise, meditation, and breath control. “Pushing Hands” is a soft Chinese martial art, the purpose of which is to bring the opponent out of balance, but not by using force, but by understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent’s balance. There are no blows, seizures, harsh use of techniques in tuishow, so the activity is not dangerous. Philosophically, Tuishou can be seen as a metaphor for life’s interactions and conflicts. It teaches the value of adaptability, the power of softness, and the importance of maintaining one’s center amidst external pressures. Engaging in Tuishou is not just about physical skill but also about cultivating a mindset that embraces change, flow, and harmony. Tuishou offers a fascinating exploration of the body’s interaction with external forces and the continuous negotiation between yielding and asserting, which can deeply inform artistic practice and the embodiment of philosophical concepts.

During the Tai Chi classes we will practice partner work, also called Tuishou, often referred to as “push hands”. It is a partner training routine that emphasizes sensitivity, balance, and the redirection of force. Philosophically, Tuishou can be seen as a metaphor for life’s interactions and conflicts. In the realm of contemporary dance and performance, Tuishou offers a fascinating exploration of the body’s interaction with external forces and the continuous negotiation between yielding and asserting, which can deeply inform artistic practice and the embodiment of philosophical concepts.

5.- Massages: we offer massages that are great to release blockages and leave you feel energized and joyful. During the massage the person is fully dressed. It can be full body massage, or focusing on the neck. The massages are a mix between going into the muscle tissue, using trigger points in the body, through which tension can be released and on the other hand an activation of the body through gentle movement and mobilization of the joints.

  1. Release of Blockages and Tension: Our massages target muscle tissue and trigger points, helping to release deep-seated tension and blockages that can accumulate from prolonged sitting and repetitive tasks.
  2. Increased Energy and Joy: The activation of the body through gentle movements and joint mobilization promotes a sense of vitality and joy, enhancing overall mood and energy levels.
